Service Agreement
The Dow AgroSciences Service Agreement outlines what you can expect from us and what we ask of you. This Agreement provides a clear process on what to do if you are not satisfied with product performance and is between our customers and Dow AgroSciences. It is our commitment to you.
Product Performance Inquiries and Guidelines:
Dow AgroSciences is confident in the performance of its seed or crop protection solutions when label directions and good agronomic practices are followed. We recommend that you:

Scout your fields to evaluate and understand product performance.

If a Dow AgroSciences product has not performed to expectations, gather complete andaccurate field information. Include planting dates, application rates and timing, weather information and other pertinent field information.
- Contact the Dow AgroSciences Solutions Center during business hours (7:00 AM- 7:00 PM),using the toll free number 1 800-667-3852. Your call will be documented and communicated to the Sales Representative or Customer Service Specialist for your area.

Dow AgroSciences will schedule an appointment, initiating a follow-up call within two business days of receiving the Performance Inquiry and will assess the field(s) as needed within five business days if the inquiry cannot be completed over the phone.

For best service, contact Dow AgroSciences within the timelines listed below. This allows for proper field assessments and recommendations that can resolve and rectify the situation. After these deadlines, it is difficult to determine the circumstances leading to non-performance,and too late for a remedial solution.
