Performance Management Plan Process
The performance management process is ongoing throughout your career. The process provides a framework for you and your supervisor to work together throughout the process, beginning with an annual performance management plan that includes ways to measure and track what you will do, how you will do it, and how you will grow in your job.
Through ongoing feedback and coaching, your supervisor will then support you in working to achieve your performance plan. Finally, your supervisor will gather input from a variety of sources (co-workers, team members, customers, subordinates and other functional supervisors) to get a well-rounded perspective in summarizing performance at the end of the process. You're given tools to manage your own performance and it's up to each of us to make it work.
