Management Tips
Millpower is a warm season grass. Soil temperatures at planting should be 65° to 75° F.
May be harvested as hay or silage. If harvesting as hay or haylage, leave at least 7-8 inches of stubble to accelerate regrowth.
Moderate to high levels of nitrogen or manure should be applied to produce maximum yields.
Plant at 20 to 25 lbs. per acre broadcast (drill).
