Corn Insect Control Traits
Maximize yield potential by enabling 
growers to reduce above- and below-ground refuge acres from 20 percent down to 5 percent.1 Mycogen® SmartStax™ hybrids deliver the broadest spectrum of insect control and multiple modes of action. These hybrids can be used with Roundup Ready® or LibertyLink®
herbicide programs.

The most complete and cost-effective trait option for non-Roundup Ready corn acres. Offered in high-yielding hybrids, it provides season-long control of a variety of pests, including European corn borer, corn rootworm western bean cutworm and black cutworm.

Seed Treatments
All Mycogen brand corn hybrids are treated with Cruiser Extreme® 250 seed-applied insecticide.
Selected corn hybrids are available with Cruiser Extreme 1250 seed-applied insecticide. Both rates of Cruiser® seed treatment include Maxim®, Apron XL®, Dynasty® fungicide and Cruiser
insecticide.
