As Chief Financial Officer, Jim Baumker is responsible for financial reporting, systems and controls, company-wide, and for all corporate finance functions, including taxation and cash management.

Before joining Mycogen in 1987, Baumker spent 12 years with Monsanto Company in a variety of finance positions in the International and Agricultural Divisions and at the Corporate level. He holds a BS degree in accounting from the University of Missouri and is a Certified Public Accountant.
