As Vice President of Mycogen, Jim Baumker is responsible for international seed operations in addition to his responsibilities as Chief Financial Officer, which include financial reporting, systems and controls and all corporate finance functions, including taxation and cash management.

Before joining Mycogen in 1987, Baumker spent 12 years with Monsanto Company in a variety of finance positions in the International and Agricultural Divisions and at the Corporate level. He holds a BS degree in accounting from the University of Missouri and is a Certified Public Accountant.
