How will Mycogen Seeds audit the program?

Mycogen Seeds will take several steps in auditing the program:

  • The customer must have placed a seed order in the customer's own name for 2005 planting. Mycogen Seeds Customer Service will verify that the customer placed a seed order during this time.
  • Enough corn, soybean, or sunflower units must be ordered in the customer's name to cover the amount of rebate being requested.
  • A retail invoice verifying that the Dow AgroSciences products were used on the customer’s corn, sunflower and/or soybean acres must accompany all program claims. The rebate payment will be based on a fixed product value per pound or gallon of Dow AgroSciences products.

Can I receive the rebate for applications of the branded glyphosate herbicide product on Roundup Ready® corn or soybean acres sold by Mycogen Seeds?

No, the branded glyphosate product offered as part of "Over-the-Top" is limited to burndown applications only.
