Mycogen Seeds Closes Deal with Cargill 11/1/2000
Mycogen Seeds announced today that it has completed its acquisition of Cargill Hybrid Seeds from Cargill Incorporated. The newly acquired assets will be integrated into the Mycogen organization, which is affiliated with Dow AgroSciences LLC., providing a larger and more efficient platform for delivering top quality seeds and biotechnology products to market.

The Dow Chemical Company and Cargill announced today that Dow�s wholly owned subsidiary, Mycogen Seeds, will acquire the assets of Cargill Hybrid Seeds from Cargill Incorporated.
